Open living room with two cream curved sofas opening onto a private garden, Ramat Eshkol Triplex Jerusalem

Ramat Eshkol Triplex

A three-story home rebuilt from top to bottom for a growing family — a garden at the door, the city at the windows, and light on every floor. The palette stays quiet through all three levels: stone counters, pale oak, soft plaster arches. Nothing was overdesigned. Nothing was left undone.

Living room seen through a wide plaster arch, with sheer curtains and garden light beyond
Curved cream sofa with linen pillows, draped throw, and sheer curtains framing a planted garden view
Arched display niche with eucalyptus vase and sheer curtains beside a planted courtyard window
Central foyer with arched openings, recessed cove lighting, and built-in storage joinery

Quiet materials. Generous light. Room to breathe.

Big enough for a crowd. Calm enough for a Tuesday.
